A league composed of advanced teams participating at higher levels of competition. The league is divided into divisions known as Elite, Premier, Classic and Challenge, with placement of teams within the divisions determined by the performance of the teams as indicated by league standings and other criteria.  Teams competing in the state league are composed of players selected by a tryout process. Its members may or may not be from a defined geographic area.
